Location: Binbir Gıda Conference Hall
Date: Thursday, July 2, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM
Rehearsal: Wednesday, July 1, 2026,
Time: 9:00 AM at the Binbir Gıda Conference Hall
Since our faculty’s ceremony format differs from other ceremonies, it requires a more specialized rehearsal. Therefore, if you arrive on time for the rehearsal, we can finish early. This will give you more time to prepare for the ceremony.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1- All students attending the graduation ceremony are required to participate in the rehearsal. Please remember that the stage layout and diploma presentation order will be determined during the rehearsal. Additionally, since this year’s ceremony will take place at 1:00 PM, there may not be time for an extra rehearsal on the morning of the ceremony; therefore, your participation in the rehearsal is mandatory and of great importance.
2- Since the gowns to be used during the ceremony are assigned and must be returned, they will be distributed to students in exchange for their ID cards prior to the rehearsal. Those who do not wish to leave their ID cards may receive their gowns by paying a 1,500 TL deposit, which will be refunded upon return.
3- At the rehearsal, female students must bring the shoes they will wear during the ceremony.
4- Ceremony attire: While it is strongly recommended that men not wear shorts, short pants, flip-flops, or sandals, we would like to remind you that this ceremony will be a lifelong memory for you, our valued students. Choosing dark-colored shoes will create a more elegant appearance under the navy blue gowns. Additionally, female students are strongly advised against wearing very high heels, as they may cause difficulties when ascending stairs or the stage.
5- The doors to the ceremony hall will open at 12:00 PM, and guests will begin entering at that time. We kindly ask our valued students to ensure that parents and guests arrive at the ceremony venue close to this time. Please note that rehearsals and preparations will continue until that time.
6- The families of the top three students in our ceremony will also be invited onto the stage. In this regard, it is important that parents of the top three students are aware of this. If the families invited to the stage are unable to attend the ceremony, please notify the relevant parties.
